  • Toni Iivonen, CFA

    President 2022–2026

    Led the Society through the post-pandemic return to normal operations and a period of strong membership and activity. His presidency included strategic development, expansion of events in Finland and Estonia, and the Nordic Investment Conference in Helsinki.

  • Antti Raappana, CFA

    President 2020–2022

    Guided the Society through the COVID-19 period and the transition from virtual and hybrid activities back to in-person events. His term also included the Society’s 20th anniversary and the adoption of a new three-year strategy.

  • Miia Hukari, CFA

    President 2018-2020

    Oversaw a period of strong membership growth and increased professionalisation. The Society expanded its communications, introduced dedicated operational support and hosted the CFA Institute EMEA Society Leadership Conference in Helsinki.

  • Matias Möttölä, CFA

    President 2016–2018

    Led the Society with a focus on high-quality member events, advocacy, professional standards and strengthening awareness of the CFA designation in Finland.

  • Kati Eriksson, CFA

    President 2013–2016

    Led the Society through a period of continued development and growing visibility within Finland’s investment community, strengthening its role in professional education, networking and promotion of CFA standards.

  • Ville Toivakainen, CFA

    President 2011–2013

    Oversaw continued growth in member engagement, professional education and university relationships, including the development of activities aimed at future investment professionals.

  • Billyana Kuncheva, CFA

    President 2009–2011

    Led the Society during an important growth phase in which its university outreach expanded and the CFA Institute Research Challenge became established as a significant recurring programme in Finland.

  • Mikko Niskanen, CFA

    President 2007–2009

    Led CFA Society Finland during the global financial crisis, while continuing to develop the Society as a professional forum for CFA charterholders and investment practitioners.

  • Laura Männistö, CFA

    President 2005–2007

    Led the Society during its formative years, helping broaden its professional network and establish continuity in member activities and engagement.

  • Tommi Kokkarinen, CFA

    President 2003–2005

    Helped consolidate the newly established Society, developing it from its founding stage into a more established professional community for CFA charterholders in Finland.

  • Matti Kuhakoski, CFA

    President 2002–2003

    One of the Society’s early founders and leaders, Kuhakoski played an important role in building the organisation and encouraging Finnish investment professionals to pursue the CFA charter and participate in the Society.

  • Ben Wolfram, CFA

    Founding President, 2002; Honorary Chairman

    Served as the founding President of CFA Society Finland and helped establish the organisation in 2002, creating the foundation for a lasting professional community for CFA charterholders and investment professionals in Finland.
