Board of Directors

CFA Society Finland is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the Annual General Meeting of the Society’s Members. The Board is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Society. It is the duty of the Board to handle matters in compliance with the law and the Bylaws. The President delegates the day-to-day management of the Society to the Board.

Tuomas Hillukkala, CFA, President

Tuomas is a CFA Charterholder since 2021. He is a CEO and Portfolio Manager at Investors House Funds. This is his fifth year on the board. and second year as a board president.

Endriko Võrklaev, CFA, Vice President

Endriko is a CFA charterholder since 2007. He is working at SEB Asset Management Estonia as a Senior Fund Manager. This is Endriko’s third year on the board.

Tapio Koivu CFA

Tapio is a CFA Charterholder since 2024. He works as a Portfolio Manager at Veritas Pension Insurance. Tapio is serving his first year on the board.

Tommi Lemström-Karvinen, CFA

Tommi is a CFA charterholder since 2021. He is a Senior Structurer at OP Financial Group. This is Tommi’s first year on the board.

Miska Kuhalampi, CFA

Miska is a CFA charterholder since 2006. He is a Senior Adviser in Finnvera Plc, Large Corporates, Structured finance and export credits. Miska is serving his second year on the board.

Aleksi Jalava, CFA

Aleksi is a CFA charterholder since 2023. He is a Trader at Evli Fund Management Company. This is Aleksi’s first year serving at the board.

Mirva Peltoniemi, CFA

Mirva is a CFA charterholder since 2019. She is an Associate professor in technology and innovation management at Faculty of Management and Business, Tampere University. Mirva is serving her first year on the board.

Alexander Matyushkin, CFA, Vice President

Alexander is a CFA charterholder since 2018. He is working as a Debt Markets professional at OP Corporate Bank. This is Alexander’s second year on the board.

Office Manager

  • Satu Hautamäki

    Communication and Office Manager services are provided to the Society by Satu Hautamäki. Satu has a Master of Laws-degree form the Helsinki University. She has many years of experience in working with volunteer/nonprofit organizations and board work.
