CFA Society Cyprus and the Inclusion (DEI) Committee are pleased to invite members, candidates, associates and friends to an upcoming webinar titled Inclusive Behaviours, Stronger Teams, Better Business Outcomes.
This session will explore how embedding inclusive behaviours within investment organisations can strengthen team effectiveness, enhance decision-making and support better outcomes for clients, employees and wider stakeholders.
As firms compete for both talent and clients, fostering an inclusive culture where individuals feel engaged and able to contribute is increasingly important. This enables collective intelligence by bringing together diverse perspectives, skills and experiences, ultimately supporting more robust decisions and effective execution of strategy in a complex global environment.
CFA Society Cyprus is delighted to welcome Sarah Maynard ASIP, Global Senior Head Inclusion at CFA Institute, as the speaker. Sarah Maynard is Global Senior Head, Inclusion at CFA Institute, where she leads a globally recognized portfolio of human capital initiatives that embed inclusion and drive collective intelligence across the talent lifecycle. She previously held senior roles at Majedie Asset Management (now Liontrust) and earlier in her career managed a US$3.3bn equities portfolio for the British Coal pension schemes. Sarah holds an MA from Trinity College, Oxford, and the ASIP credential, and serves on the advisory boards of Girls Who Invest, the National Association of Securities Professionals, and Collaborative WIM. She has also served as a state school governor and a charity trustee, working with underserved communities.
The webinar will also introduce a global framework designed to support inclusion across the investment industry, highlighting how organisations can strengthen employee engagement while delivering improved outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
